I used to take Mandarin classes and speak it with my relatives when I was younger, but now my Japanese > my Mandarin, quite sad *sob*

i'm full banana!!! XDDDD >_< i wish my japanese is as good as my chinese, learning it in uni is kinda really HARD... even though i only learnt chinese until gr.4... somehow reading all the bl/fandom stuff in chinese improved my language XDDDD

XD before i get into reading all the bl and my shelves of doujinshi that i can't read OTL i have to actually remember which hiragana/katakana is which OTL i can't seem to remember it right away and must go through the whole list before knowing which one it is OTL

Oh that takes a bit of time to get used to, but you'll get there :) I remember when I first learnt Japanese, I kept writing the whole furigana set OTL Anime and manga really helps a lot though in terms of reading and listening O:

listening to drama cds + anime really makes it easier on understanding but reading + writing + grammar is such a long way, sighs.
