(no subject)
So I'm FINALLY moving out! Jason and I found an apartment in Edmonds that's 1100 square feet, 2 bedrooms, newly carpeted for only $895 a month! I'm super excited, but i'm also kinda scared because i've never lived away from home before, and I've never even moved before or packed or anything.
My mom is being super nice though and already bought me a bunch of new stuff like a coffee maker, vacuum, cleaning supplies, a microwave, etc..
*Sigh* I can do this, right?
I've already made a HUGE list of everything I need, and derive a certain satisfaction from checking off items on my list once i get them.
Next i need to make a list of how to budget rent and utilities and all the extras i'm going to be spending my money on. Jason wants to make our apartment look nice, which I am all for, but i'm not sure he's always keeping in mind the fact that we don't really have the means to get all of the nice things we would like to have.
man, I feel all grown up now...
