30-Hour Famine 2009

Oh my! Time really does fly!

Last year I organized my first ever 30-Hour Famine DIY camp in HICT, and the memories are still fresh in my brains: of the fun we had especially during the rain in Bukit Jalil Hockey Stadium listening to Michael Wong singing.

And whoooosshhhh, one year passed and now I am staring at the action plan for 2009 30-Hour Famine, prepared by my staff. Well this year I am going to make it big as I have a bigger campus to play around in Legenda compared to the one-floor HICT. And good news today, YEOS is sponsoring my camp again this year after a very happy collaboration last year.

Kudos to YEOS!

The number of participants are not going to be as big this year, but we still have 300 participants, making us the second or third largest DIY camp around Malaysia I guess. So far, we have collected donations from two schools amounted over RM12k, and we have two more schools to go.

Can't wait to emcee again for 14 hours, n shoot, I gotta go learn up some new songs!
