Oh, that was just... lovely. I loved it. Oh, Ugetsu, he'd be the type for flowery, poetic language, wouldn't he? And G, you make me smile. All the time.

Loved it! <3

I'm glad you enjoyed it! When I started on the fic, I ended up going and searching out Japanese poetry-- some of the puns they got away with in all that flowery language... I could just see Ugetsu trying to make G blush in a really roundabout way.

This icon feels inappropriate to use after such a pretty fic, but it's the only G I have. XD

My favorite part of this was imagining G's reaction. I can just see him struggling with how to respond to such a lovey, poetic letter. Nice work! :D

You can imagine its G's response the next time he see Ugetsu.

Thank you! I'm glad that you liked the letter, and that G's reaction came through so clearly.

This is absolutely beautiful. It feels like I'm reading poetry, and G's letter is such a great response. I've already reread this quite a few times, so I figured it was time to finally comment. ^^ Now I have the urge to read poetry, lol.

You're making me blush. I'm glad you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

I suggest Ogura Hyakunin Isshu if you're still in the mood for poetry. That's where I got the Taiken Moin no Horikawa poem
