I am filled with love! I had a wonderful birthday-- I love hanging out with you people! ♥ You all let me geek out and watch Power Rangers and Superman:Doomsday (Holy shit, that was pretty gay, Lex.)
And I love everyone who didn't come too, but we should get together.
I got some awesome gifts-- an ALA membership and a copy of the Watchmen and earings and a gift certificate to Comic Relief and a BLOWTORCH (thanks, mom!)
Also, the Yuletide and Pretty Lights exchange reveals have occurred and I'll link my fics later.
In totally different news, what the hell is with me and Becky Cloonan comics? I read them and then want fic or something and there's never a fandom. First there was American Virgin, which has three trades and has been running for at least a year, and now East Coast Rising, which is like a gorgeous indie comic crossover between One Piece and Pirates of the Caribbean, only more awesome and set on the east coast seaboard, if the east coast seaboard were under water. But only one volume's come out (the second is slated for March 2008, Amazon tells me), and I want Deathsnake/Cannonball Joe slash. Or Lee/Deathsnake slash. Or or or! I need moar. aadkjlfklsjdj
