ok, tell me if this makes any sense at all....
we've been bitching to be put on 4 10-hour days since the job started, but they're keeping us on 5 8-hour days instead...which cuts out our overtime. so, a couple weeks ago, the duct-workers were put on 5 10's because they were "behind schedual"...which everyone knows is bullshit...all the while, keeping us on 5 8's. today, we find out that we're working 10 hours friday, wednesday, and thursday, paid for 8 tuesday and given monday off without pay....after all those 10-hour days, we'll be put back on 8's....does this make any sense to anyone? i'm begining to see why so many SA employees are angry with the company...because it's run by a bunch of tight-ass fuck-ups!
in other news, i got a key to the locks today...i guess that makes me a real person...and i had to work with bill (the foreman) by myself running copper...i like running copper, but not with bill...on top of that, it rained all fucking day and i'm soaked...but now, i've got me a nice drink to make it all better....
