P90x: Day 1 & 2

Day 1:

Got home and tried to follow the DVD program for the first time. Got destroyed. After awhile, it was hard just doing 1 pull-up. I know if I stick with it I'll improve but it was quite murderous. I took a shower that night and I had a hard time lifting my arms to dry my hair.

The diet was tough. Basically you can eat a crapload of meat, but no carbs.

I cooked dinner for tomorrow night this night since I'll be at the concert. Figured I eat it and then go to the show.

I was hungry around 10PM so I toughed it out and went to sleep.

Day 2:

I have a concert to see later tonight, so I knew I wouldn't have time to workout. Didn't want to fall off the wagon so soon so I woke up about 1.5 hours earlier and popped in the DVD.

Again, thoroughly killed me. Felt like throwing up. Took a shower and out I went.

When I was putting in my numbers and food intake into the spreadsheet, I realized I was under eating for my activity level. Stupid math. So now I get a ot more servings which should help me out with hunger management. The bad thing is that I'm missing a lot of the foods I need to eat so today at lunch I'll run out and buy some.

Am I sore? Yes. Does it felt good? Kinda. Will I move on? Of course.
