There is only one point which bothers me - your use of the word 'litany' as you do. It does not precisely fit the meaning I have for the word and is just a bit distracting, ruffling the mood as it were. Still, that is a minor point.

I suggested to bottle_of_shine that she translate "cock" into Al Bhed and have Gippal introduce it to Baralai as a purple prose euphemism for "penis"... so Baralai would be talking dirty without knowing it.
But somehow "lulg" just doesn't sound attractive to be using during sex. ;)

None of the casual words for genitals are particularly euphonious in English and since Al Bhed is a mirror language ... well, there it is. I think it would be much funnier for 'Lai to use euphemisms, the more elaborate the better. You could do a whole scenario that way. It would be an instant classic. LOL
