After the long work days and mind rattling work, its time to welcome the next big thing in the heart of Europe. The preparations speak for the great event waiting to happen. The air is filled with passion and fun. If you think that an event is organised only in the stadium, welcome to Switzerland. Basel hosts the first match between Swiss and Czech at 18:00 on Sat. Its been days since they have set up giant screens across the city for people to watch the matches. The best one being 2 screens on the Schifflande bridge across River Rhine, needless to say that this is just 5 mins walk from my house;) The city is dressed for the event and the beer cans are out in the open. The support staff are on the roads for days now and its gona be a waiting party tonight. Most of the action is gona happen around the city and not in the stadium. And its time to go click-click across the city and have fun in the crowd.
