I bought a new computer chair today because my old one was falling apart and, well, wasn't very comfortable at all. The old one served me well for about 2 years, but, it was at the point where I had to use a pillow so my back didn't hurt every time I sat down on here.
It was kind of a chore to get the damn thing though. First, my brother and I tried sitting on a variety of chairs until we finally settled on this one. Of course, while browsing the chairs we're asked my a bunch of different sales reps if we need any help (which at that point we didn't, although we did make it clear that we were going to be walking out with a chair today). Then, after deciding which one to take home, there wasn't a sales rep to be found!
So after about 10-15 minutes, I find one, and tell them I want to buy a chair. But THEY can't get it for me, they have to get the office person to get it for me. So they page her, and she is appearntly on break! So we have to wait longer for her to get back. She does, comes in, we show her the chair we want, she says she has to get a lift to get it from a top shelf, which she does. And then when she's up there, she starts feeling dizzy, apologises and says she has to get someone else to do it. (I'm not a fan of heights either, so I really don't blame her). So after about 10 more minutes she finds a manager, and they come and take it down for us. Yay.
But my god this is the best investment I have ever made. It is so comfortable and even as I write this I'm at optimal distance for keyboard and mouse. It also has great neck support which is awesome for those 3 hour WoW instance runs I do so very often.
Hurray for comfort!
