Alright, a real update!
So, I'm sitting here in *my* living room, eating cereal out of *my* bowl, and it feels good. I was supposed to be "independant" a few months ago, but it turns out that the "getting apartment" thing, can be a real pain in the ass. But, I'm finally here, and so far it rocks.
Got cable two days ago, and teh internets back. Cable internets back. I do not miss DSL in the least. I can download stuff again without having to reset the modem, and my upload rate is much higher. I've only ever had experience with on one DSL ISP, so I won't generalise, but if other ISP's are like the one I was on, there is a significant difference between DSL and Cable. Just sayin'.
So what's new?!

I mentioned that the lyrics to Silent Hearts was finished, and I'm now working with a rockin' singer who will be putting vocals to it. She's been busy with finals and the like so not much progress has been made yet, but she'll be finished those soon, and will be getting down to work on it. I am very excited about it. In exchange I have promised to arrange orchestral backgrounds for some stuff that she's composed. I've heard a lot of it, and it's really nice. One in particular reminds me of a Disney song, which is a compliment.
I'm doing sfx for a project, and still composing for another 2. I'll also be starting a new part-time job at the local video store which is, like a 5 minute walk away from my building. More $$$ = good times for all.
In sad news, Anna is leaving for Germany tomorrow and will not return until December. :( Despite the sadness, I know she'll have a wonderful time and a great experience. Best of luck in Europe Anna-chan!
And yeah...that is all I feel like posting about atm. :P
