almost gone
ryan and kurt were in a car accident yesterday morning on their way to work. kurt was driving to fast around a ramp when it was foggy and rainy outside, he lost control of the diesel truck and they were both ejected from the vehicle.
they were both taken to potomac hospital but ryan was transferred to fairfax hospital because he had a skull fracture. i havent seen kurt but i did see ryan for a while yesterday.
he had glass in his eyebrow and had to be stitched up on his elbow and a big chunk from his calf was ripped out andhad to be stitched. he's bleeding from his ear and last i've heard they havent found any cerebral fluid leaking from his ear.
i only actually got to talk to him and have him see me for like 1 minute yesterday before i had to leave because of all the craziness. he was shaking and has lacerations and bruising all over his body and his face. i kissed him and told him he smelled like dirt and he was shaking and said 'i love you' and 'i hurt.' that's all he could say. he had blood all over his cheeks and in his hair and i wanted to die right there. i wish i could take his pain. it was horrible. i'm so distraught over this whole thing because i almost lost him. if kurt and him had been wearing seatbelts they would have been crushed inside the F750 truck.
his mom is coming to get me soon to bring me back to the hospital with her so i can see him. she said he asked for me this morning and he's talking, he's better, which is the best news i've ever gotten. i assume they've given him pain medication now b/c they couldnt yesterday. anyways, im gonna go see him so i'll write later when i know more.
