It's windy outside!
I am cuddled up under blankets on the couch, while watching reality tv and sipping a cup of chocolatey mint tea. I got home earlier today after spending time with family and my boyfriend for the Easter weekend. It was a fantastic weekend, which I never wanted to end. However, I will be going to spend time again in May for around the same amount of time. May really is not that far away in the long run.
It was so nice having access to video game stores, as there are none where I live currently. I purchased two games that I have wanted for a while : Lego Star Wars III The Clone Wars and Arc Rise Fantasia. I forgot my edge card but there was sale going on that saved me more than my edge card would have. That was really the only major spending I did. Only other places I shopped at were Kernals and the grocery store, those purchases were less than the games.
Gas was the big expense of the trip, I was up early to pick up a package from the post office on Thursday and noticed that the gas stations here had not put up their gas prices yet. So, I stupidly decided to go home, have a nap, pack, then get gas. I parked, told the attendant to fill my tank up with regular please, then realized that gas prices had gone up. Still, I needed gas to get to where I was going. All the small towns I passed, all of them had very similar prices.
Gonna go to the thrift store tomorrow morning. Hope I find something interesting :)
