Sometimes.
like two winters ago, it snowed for almost a week straight. We were stuck inside our house and couldn't leave cause the roads were blocked, since it was so snowy and icy. That was a cold winter, it reached an all breaking low in temperature! 12 degrees fahrenheit (at night).

I hope it doesn't snow that bad this winter, I got so sick. -_-
