IN 8 DAYS I AM GOING TO SING. LIVE. IN FRONT OF MY WHOLE FRICKING ENTIRE SCHOOL. *DEAD*
I DON'T KNOW WHAT GOT INTO ME.
One second my teacher was up front asking us to join in the performances for Teacher's Day at my school, next minute my friend was brainwashing me to go up and sing in Japanese and five minutes later I was signing my name up in the performance list and one day later and I'm sitting here thinking:
I CAN'T DO THIS.
GYAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH.
I've decided. I can't do any of the NewS songs!!
I would have DIED to do Kissu~ Kaerimichi no Love Song and imitate Tego XD
BUT TEGOMASSU'S CD ISN'T OUT YET AND I NEED THE KARAOKE VERSIOOOOONNNN.
And the only karaoke version on a NewS song I have is Hoshi wo Mezashite, but I doubt 50-something cranky teachers aren't interesting in hearing some crazed fangirl crowing " MINNA IRU KAAAAAA!!!!!! HOSHI WO MEZASHITE!!!!"...orz
INSTEAD! I'm going to do Ayaka x Kubokuro's Winding Road, which I think kicks ass.
If I do sing that, I might just about break the record for singing a new japanese song other than Utada Hikaru's First Love that's been performanced to death in almost every Teacher's Day event in my school...>.>'' And you wonder why I have to go all the way to Singapore just to get my only copy of Myojo...T_T''
Anyway. I spent all of a perfect Sunday afternoon looking for the instrumental version of Winding Road before I hit the Holy Grail. Now all I have to do is uh...find someone to sing with me. YE GAWDS.
