Goals

I need to start seriously setting some goals for myself. I've got goals in my head, and the things I need to do to attain them(as a whole), but I should write them down someplace so i can see them more often. So here is a starting list of goals and how to attain them.

1. Lose Weight
A. Walk. even if it is just once a day and only 2 miles I need to start walking and getting some good workout out.
B. Eat Less. it's not like I pig out now(imo) but I do tend to grab snacks, and eat bigger portions than I need to. so cutting down on portion size and cutting out more snack food would really help.
C. Don't Eat while bored. I tend to grab my snack foods while I'm bored, and eat form something to do while I watch tv/movies.
D. tba. I'm sure there is another way to attain this, but not sure what it would be.

2. Bettering my Japanese skills
A. reread the text book and restudy what I already know on a daily basis.
B. write in a journal in japanese, even if it isn't interested jsut getting a chance to practice will hammer it all home.
C. work on the various games I have lying around that are in japanese with a dictionary in hand to help out.
D. practice speaking japanese with friend fluent in the language.
E. practice Kanji everyday, since Kanji is one of the hardest things for my to learn.

well that's it for this installment of goals.

I hope with this I can start building a fire inside that will truely motivate me to accomplish these things.

that's one of the things that annoys me about myself is I really don't feel like I have any ambitions or something that I have a burning desire for.

wish I knew how to stoke the flames of change in myself.
