Hi, I'm alive and making shiny things.

THIS IS $40 WORTH OF SCRAPBOOKING STUFF FROM THE CHEAPO STORE IN THE CITY.
Some people find glee in creating and wearing cosplay, but I've discovered there's not much I enjoy more than creating something with a lot of love and dedication, and then giving it away to someone I greatly admire. If I can be there to see their reaction, so much the better, but I will be happy enough knowing they received it. The last person I did it on a large scale for was Kangta. I've also been constantly sending Dalmatian pictures via Twitter, and put together a small fan gift (please remember to follow witide  for most creative posts).

The next person to receive something made from my heart is this man:

You may remember him from this post.
I'm actually really excited about it. Drawing the pictures, designing the layout of the book I'm piecing together for him, getting it all organised, it's all challenging me and I can see ideas forming in my mind that I'm happy with. The plan is that I'll have it all done in a few weeks and it will be in the mail either to Puu in the US or, if I'm running late, direct to one of our contacts in Seoul. His birthday is coming up around the same time that he will be doing a second run of Mozart! which Puu is going to go and see, and we're putting together a fan package for him.

Because as well as being amazing and talented on stage, he was perfectly sweet, generous and charming off stage, and he stole our hearts instantly. Next year when we go and see him in Elisabeth I plan to have something to hand to him personally, but for now this will do.

I promise I'll have a real post up soon, I've done so much recently I could write about. I'm just really excited about this. There are not many people/groups I will actually call myself a 'fan' of, but when I do, I pride myself in going all-in.
