Ehh.
So I got a fair bit of money from my family, which is good because that's what I asked for.
My dad got me tickets to go and see the Yeah Yeah Yeahs with him THIS COMING TUESDAY o_o; completely unexpected and rather sudden. Had to cancel a hair appointment and a date with my friends to watch the New Years special awards show we'd been waiting for, but that aside I know I'll probably end up having a good time despite the fact I can't name one YYY song.
Normally I'd take a loot pic, but I can't be bothered tbh =__= especially since a lot of it was just money, which isn't very exciting. Otherwise it was a book of chocolate recipes, chocolate, the concert tickets, a Dylan Moran collection of three of his stand-up shows, lovely letters and lollies from different Toy Soldiers, Skullcandy headphones from Hattie and You're Beautiful on DVD from Tash.
Speaking of You're Beautiful... I'm still not sure how I managed it but I got my mother hooked on it and she insisted on watching it until 2am with me last night (and Tash who came over) and she made me leave the DVDs at her house so she could finish it because we only got to see about six episodes D:

Mind you, this rather pleases me.
Christmas is over for another year \o/ I was sick and tired (literally and figuratively) throughout it, hopefully I'll be well enough to enjoy New Years.
