A new chapter.. Actually I'm not fully satisfied.. but I changed it now for the second time. Before I don't want to write again for this story I'll put this one online. Hontou ni sumimasen for this really bad chapter Q__Q
After a few days passed the situation between him and Sakurai-kun hadn't changed. But he tried to be cheerful and not letting know anyone of his sorrows because of his friendship with the older man. Also he never told Yumi about the trouble he had with Arashi and it seemed she had other interests too. He was happy if she was and sorrowed when she had a bad day or was in a bad mood. But one day she came to him, waving with a letter and laughing pretty happy.
“They'll take me, Masaki-chan! I'll become a model! They asked me if I would like to be a model for a campaign. Isn't this great?”, she asked and Aiba blinked at her.
“I never noticed you wanted to become a model... but congratulations. Let's work hard, ne?” He answered with a bright smile but Yumi seemed to pout.
“Every girl wants to become a model. Same with me.” Masaki absolutely got her point and nodded slightly but took her face in his hands. He looked at her very carefully.
“What happened? You've a shiner. Has someone hit you?” Aiba asked with a calm but concerned voice. The next second he was holding his own cheek because she had slapped him.
“That's none of your business!” And off she was. She left an irritated Aiba which sighed deeply and shook his head. But with this the trouble just started.
After the campaign Yumi got the chance to act in a dorama, which was great if she would have asked Aiba. But she didn't talk to him anymore and didn't answer his calls or text messages. He thought it would be because of all this stress she must have and let her be. She would come to him if she would like and also he was really stressed with Arashi's new Tour. They had to plan a lot of things through and he was happy if he could see his girlfriend sometimes in the evenings. Although it was a very silent time. She seemed tired but wouldn't answer Aiba's asking and begging of talking to him.
It was something that was on his mind but he didn't want to show. After a while it became all silent about Yumi and she began to talk to him again. They became closer again and one day before the tour started he asked her out.
They went to a restaurant and talked about this and that, about absolutely random stuff and had a lot of fun - until Yumi jumped up and screamed like she was killed or something like that. Aiba looked up to her and watched her run away before he also wanted to run out of the restaurant but was stopped by a waiter. He fast paid the bill and rushed out, following Yumi.
He reached her at a crowded market and grabbed her arm to stop her running away from him. Again she began to scream and put her arms protective in front of her face.
“Don't hit me again! I didn't mean it the way I said it. Of course I won't leave you.”, she sobbed and cried out.
“Chotto matte... what's this about? I've never hit you! Are you okay? Perhaps you should go to hospital for a check-up.” Aiba looked around. All the eyes laid on him and Yumi. Again he took one step but Yumi went again away from him, falling backwards. “Yumi-chan!” She must be ill. He never had done something to her. She really must've been ill. Mentally ill and he, Aiba, never had noticed it. The man ran to the woman which was going away from him.
Suddenly he was tossed away by two young men.
“We don't think she wants to go with you. Leave her alone.” Aiba got up quickly and watched the two guys.
“She's my girlfriend! I have a right to talk to her. And if we leave this out she needs help. She has to go to a doctor!” Aiba wanted to talk to her. He wanted to know what happened to her since she panicked. He tried to get through but was again pushed back.
“Yeah, you're right, she need's help. Help to get away from you! How can you dare to hit a woman?”, the taller of the two asked.
“As I said I didn't hit her! Listen to me if you want to talk to me!!” Now Aiba slowly got aggressive. He was a very calm person but he wanted to talk to Yumi not to two total bastards who just stood in his way, trying to look cool. “By the way, shouldn't you go home and to bed? Tomorrow's school.. Yumi-chan is non of your business, baka!” Yeah.. he 'fought' with words but he truly didn't know if the two were just kids or already adults.
“Are you trying to diss us?” The eyes of the taller one became small and before Aiba could speak one more word he found himself lying on the ground. His bottom lip bled and the older man looked up before he jumped on his feet again. He glared at the two and stopped one of the following punches, hit back and it became more and more like a serious fight.
Suddenly Aiba was pulled back and thrown to the ground.
“Stop it! It's enough already!” This was Sho's voice and so Aiba slowly got up again just to find himself behind the back of his best friend. “He never would hit his girlfriend. This idiot choose her about his friends and he never laid hand on someone before! So why should he do it with her?” Masaki looked at Sho's back and got a hit at his head.
“And what the hell are you doing, eh? Fighting with two boys just because of her. If she doesn't want to talk to you personal than phone her!”
“E..eh? So.. I'm the bad boy again, hu? I don't get it... I truly don't get it.” Aiba wanted to turn around but Sho grabbed his arm.
“Excuse yourself..” Aiba was tired of getting hurt and slapped but he nodded and began to smile again.
“Hontou ni gomen nasai! I didn't mean to cause any trouble. Hontou ni gomen nasai..” He bowed low to the people and then was pulled away by Sho. He never had just one chance to escape and if Aiba would be honest - he didn't even think about it. He followed Sho to his apartment. He didn't feel good about this meeting and he was just right - Sho really was angry again. The older man tossed Masaki onto the couch and left the room, came again with a bowl with cold water. The black haired began to clean the dirty and bloody face of his best friend and watched him carefully. Right after he had finished his work he got up again.
“What did you think?? Eh? You can't fight in the middle of a big market! Are you an absolute dumbass?? Don't look at me with these eyes, Masaki! You're pushing the whole band deeper and deeper in trouble, do you know? Are you interested in your friends and Johnny's anymore?” Sho became calm at the end and Masaki looked up to him in a shocked way.
“I am caring what's going on. I love my job and I love you guys too more than my own life!” The younger man tried to defend himself.
“We can't see this anymore! The only thing you can see is this girl and you don't see that she's just using you!”
“She's not using me.... you don't know her Sho-kun!” Not it was Aiba who was shouting but Sakurai-kun pushed him back and came close to his face.
“She IS using you, Masaki. I am the last one who wants to hurt you... You will stay here tonight, alright? I won't let you go to Yumi again..”
“Eh?? You.. but... you can't!” Just at this moment the bell rang and Sho went away from Aiba to open the door and the younger man just sighed deeply when he heard the voices of Ohno, Nino and Jun which were heading into the flat. The brunette laid down and turned around, pulled the blanket, which was laying on the couch, up to his ears and hid himself. He didn't want to talk to the others because he knew Sho was right. It became really hard for him smiling over his problems since he didn't knew what to think anymore.
He felt a gentle petting at his head and then a warm body behind him.
“I know you're not sleeping Masaki-chan. How do you feel?” It was Jun again. Aiba felt okay but he didn't want to say this since it would be the wrong answer at a very, very bad moment. Very, very danger, to say it in his own words.
