Oh my ever loving God.....
I _ACTUALLY_ got the job at the Bay Federal IT dept. I just got a call back from the HR dept gentleman, and he said they would like to offer me the job (at a good raise from my current wage I'm making and with benefits), and that I just had to fill out some forms, and attend a new-employee orientation on the 1st of this coming month.
I'm so excited I'm shaking....

Time to really buckle down on the PHP learning and some other techyness stuff.
