2007.06.29 S.K.I.N. debut
Finally it's the 29th. I've anticipated this day for too long.
I know the concert is already over, but I just got home and like....OMIGAAAAAAWD someone come hit me in the head and stop me from spazzing.
There's probably only 2 or 3 of you on my f-list who really cares what/who S.K.I.N. is, but OMIGAAAAAWD that doesn't stop me from getting excited.
FYI, S.K.I.N. is the new band that Gackt's forming with Miyavi, Sugizo and Yoshiki.
The top-notch J-rockers for you.

I just read over at the forum that Gackt's gonna be the vocalist. *spazzes some more*
I was actually rather anxious as to how they would divide the vocal parts, but I guess now Gackt's just gonna be the main.
...BECAUSE HE'S KAMI-SAMA. *worships* xDDDD
And and and...Ju-ken will be the official bassist!! AWWWWWESOME.
S.K.I.N. performed 4 songs in the hour that they were onstage.

Just looking at the song names make me more anxious to hearing the actual songs. >.<||

Previews of new Laruku songs

For once I'm exercising great self-control, and NOT downloading them.
It's tempting. Really. Like food in your face when you're hungry, but you can't have any of it.
I dunno. If it was for any other band/group/artist I probably would've gone and listened to them already.
But for Laruku I insist on hearing the CD version first.
Perhaps it's the way that hyde sings live, it "distorts" the way a song sounds. Not in a bad way, but it's hard to pick up how the song actually sounds like.
I remember the very first time I came to know L'Arc~en~Ciel, it was from watching Kouhaku Uta Gassen in 1999.
They performed HONEY live, and I've read online before about how popular they are and stuff.
I won't ever forget the fact that I actually said they SUCKED and they sounded terrible during that live perf.
Well, I was still a GLAY fan back then and saw L'Arc~en~Ciel as rival, so I guess I was biased.
But now I understand it was also because hyde sounds a bit different during lives, and the whole band is more "raw-sounding", without all the studio mixing/clean-ups.
Of course after I heard the CD version of HONEY I totally changed my mind and fell in love with it and eventually ditched GLAY as a whole.
And that's why I think I'll wait and hear the CD version first.
I've already heard SHINE from the anime preview and a bit of BYE BYE from YouTube.
I hope they include LINK somewhere in this album. If they don't I'm seriously killing someone.

I finally decided to go ahead and put in my order for the ARE YOU READY 2007 tour goods.
I went with the pamphlet and the Ciel-chan keitai strap. I dunno which venue the person's going to, but I really dun care as long as it's Ciel-chan. ♥
If she sees tetsu's pick set for this tour, she'll also grab it for me. :D
I originally put in an order for the magic bean as well, but I decided not to try and smuggle agricultural items into the Canadian border, just because Canadian Customs is very anal about that.
Wanna see how the magic bean looks like? My friend Zane took a few pictures of her "monster plant". xD

Ok fine. I lied.
It's not an actual reunion, and there's only Ani and Bussan.
But still...exciting enough for a KCE fan like me.
Junichi & Takashi will be in a movie called "Kage Hinata ni Saku".
Takashi's name appears quite late in the cast list, so I assume, along with knowledge of his previous movies, that he'll be yet another "character on the side".
I try not to get frustrated, but AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH.

Ahem. On a happier note...Takashi's new drama "Kikujirou to Saki 3" will be airing next week on the 5th.
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY....more 2-minute appearances. xP

AND OMIGAAAAAAWD I'M SO BUYING THIS NEW ISSUE OF LUCI.
mauran-san is so right. His smile is the best "healer" after all.

I couldn't help but grin with him after seeing this.
This just ended up being my favourite scene in all of Tokkyu Tanaka 3 Go. Yes yes, I finally saw the ending.
It was a lot of fun, but it's a bit sad not being able to see Hanagata-kun again.
And the ending was SOOOOOOOO predictable.
Hmmm...and the weather in New Delhi, where I assume they're doing the filming for "Butterfly at the Ganges River", doesn't look too great.
Thunderstorm and crazy temperatures. Daijoubu kana... *worried*
EDIT #2: And since I was talking about Kisarazu Cat's Eye in the cut, might as well say this. The World Series movie is already out on eMule. I'm so downloading this from CB coz eMule is being an ass. Nyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!
