I love this medley~! I am not a big fan of ABC and Kis My Ft 2 but at least I know them, alright, and this is my first time seeing the two Kansai guys. They sang KAT-TUN's Don't U Ever Stop with Tanaka Juri (I think, correct me if I am wrong) rapping with Fujugaya Taisuke (again, correct me if I am wrong!). Then, the birthday boy today, Hashimoto Ryosuke sang Ai no Katamari beautifully with Kyomo-chan and Ue-chan back-dancing for them. This was followed by Morimoto Shintaro, helped by Totsuka and Tsukada, singing Serenade. I have to admit that this little kid is awesome, even though I hate the amount of attention he is getting now. >.< At least he can sing well, to be compared with his brother whom I never heard singing solo.( No offence to Ryutaro's fans! ) Then, my favourite performance in the medley; Shoon singing Light in Your Heart by V6. In my opinion, the only good thing that happens after Ya-Ya-yah's disbanding is Shoon finally gets the spotlight he deserves. He sings and dances well, doesn't he? Last but not least, the first performance of B.I. Shadow, or rather, Takahata Misaki, Nakajima Kento and Kikuchi Fuma, as they had not been called B.I. Shadow yet in this medley. They sang Mayonaka no Shadow Boy with Yabu joining them later. This was the time when Misaki got to be at the centre, not Nakaji and I love the part when the camera zoomed to him when he did the "Shadow..?" But seriously, his way of holding the microphone is distracting me. lol.
Back to Hasshi. This guy never fail to give me surprise. Though I am very new of this fandom, but I watched a lot of old Shokura subbed by newshfan. So I am familiar with the chibi Ya-Ya-yah and chibi J.J. Express. The Hasshi I knew back then is that girly, plain boy. But then, when I watched a quite recent Shokura, the one in 2008, I think, I watched the cool, handsome Hasshi. My reaction was, "No way! That guy can't be Hashimoto Ryosuke!" And that was when I started to like him. ^^ But last week, I was shocked again when I know he is only a year older than me! I read about it in an article of him with Shoon where Shoon said, "I was surprised to know that you are in your 3rd year in middle school. I thought you are a college student." It was a last year's article so I wondered for a while before getting the fact that Hasshi was only 15 back then. Shoon was right, he looks like he is already in college. I think Yuto is as tall as him but in Yuto's case, we can tell that Yuto has just overgrown but Hasshi...>.<" Not that I am complaining, though.
I also read about the scandal of him with that idol girl but well, it doesn't interest me because even as a Johnny's, they still have the right to go out and socialise like everybody else, right? But I think, it's kinda stupid of him to got on a date without even wearing a cap or glasses or something. >.>
Ah, reading kamichan 's blog just now, I just found out today is Shintaro's birthday too. I knew his is in July as well but I only remember 15th is Hasshi's so I forgot at all about him. So the subbed medley is a pressie for Shin-chan too. ^^
The medley is a part of a Shounen Club where Yabu and pre-B.I. Shadow talked about dances and admired seniors. I was quite surprised to know that the talk part has not been subbed so that will be my next project, I think.
Before I forget, omedetou to Nakayama Yuma w/ B.I. Shadow for their debut~! Hopefully they will success for a long time, ne? Now, the question is who will debut after them? (coughshintarocough) ^v^
Another thing, I wonder if people simply browse into my folder and take whatever they want without even visiting the posts with the links of the videos? Because I notice that the numbers of downloads differs so much from the comments I am getting. Of course, commenting is not really a compulsory but that shows good manners yo!
p/s Do anyone have the translation of SMAP's Kimi to Boku no Rokugatsu? There's this one nice medley when Shintaro sang the song with Tanaka Juri and B.I. Shadow. I want to sub it but I can't find the translation anywhere... If anyone could help me, I'll be really glad. ^^
