First

 ...Rant.

Yeah, first rant in the year. *clapclap*

So...where should I start? The Countdown? Yes.

Okay - Hey! Say! BEST actually performed on the stage last night. 7 were there, too (and NYC Boys) but I think they were pre-recorded because those under age kids aren't supposed to  work after 11.

They back danced for Shuuji to Akira; Hey! Say! BEST. And sang Mayonaka no Shadow Boy in Smash Hit Medley. We couldn't even say the song is last year's; it is now the year before last.

And guess what; NYC Boys was included in Debut Medley! What a surprise; I thought the one debuting in 2009 was Nakayama Yuma w/ B.I. Shadow. They didn't include Shuuji to Akira, nor gYm, funny, eh?

Ah, let me say some nice things, too. Like... Tackey and Tsubasa singing together! God, it feels like ages ago since they last sang together! And...Toma appearing in the Countdown! I was very happy~~ He sang a little, and got sandwiched between YamaPi and DoS-sama. Jin was being Bakanishi again; he poked DoS-sama's cheek. LOL. Ryo was with Eito at the moment but when NEWS sang their debut song, he also sang along with the rest of Eito. Yuu tried to make himself visible because they put him in the center, yes, but right behind Tackey so he kept poking his head out on sides. LOL. I can see Kiriyama at Eito's side, yay! Arashi sang Eito's Sukiyanen Osaka and Ohno changed the last line from 'Sukiyanen!' to 'Suki da yo!' ; what does he have against Kansai-ben? LOL. But Eito did strike back by singing One Love in a very... wait, I have an Eito-loving friend so I won't cross her.

Ah, did I mention Uchi being friendly to Massu but Massu was like, "Uhh?" Poor kid... I kinda like his hairstyle now. Uchi, I mean. Not Massu.

Anyway, is it normal to be flailing 'Kawaii~~' while watching a 30-year-old? Because I did every time I saw Miyake Ken in the Countdown. Seriously, which part of him looks like a 30-year-old? But LOL, Koichi apologized that his birthday falls on the New Year so people had to wish him, too. Wth? LOL.

I just read this in hey_say just now so it kinda...makes my day? *notice the sarcasm, please* There's a big chance of NYC Boys going permanent.

Uh huh.

They practically said it's definitely no problem for Yuma, Chinen and Yamada to be in two groups like Ryo is. Err... Yuma can sing very well, yes, Chinen is awesome, true, and Yamada is... talented or whatever, indeed but to compare them with Ryo? Fine, I'll try to be not Ryo-biased (which is very hard for me), but neither Ryo nor Uchi was in school when they debuted with NEWS and worked as an Eito at the same time. And all three of them, Yuma, Yamada and Chii are still in school - will them be all right?

I don't like this not because of Yamada, surprisingly, though I have to admit that I've seen enough him to last me a lifetime. It's the fact that the group has been overshadowing HSJ for half a year already. It's not like HSJ is disbanding or anything but if it goes this way, maybe they should just disband HSJ, pull back Taiyou out of nowhere, re-form Ya-ya-yah (and J.J. Express, too) and be done with it.

Hmm...maybe I should lighten my mood by tidying up my room (again)? I think that would work, yes.

chinen yuuri, nishikido ryo, hey!say!jump, nakayama yuma, rant
