mixed wants
sorry nothing terribly cool or flashy in this post. Just an update because I know I have dropped off the face of the earth as far as BBS', AIM, and email goes. Where to begin... The actual updated information I guess.
- had a japanese, calc III, and physics test within the last 9 days. Pretty sure I failed 2 out of 3.
- been fighting with mom over manners because I didnt give her a big enough thank you for the care package she sent me. (For the record... I hadnt opened it to see the goodies when I did mention I had picked it up)
- I haven't been running, that frickin marathon around halloween is going to KILL me.
- FOR THE NERD ALERT OUT THERE: I GOT FINAL FINATASY VIII THE MOVIE &&&&& NIGHTWATCH. Both kick so much ass. I love japanese class with people who have nothing better to do but find ways to bypass DoD networking to get dvd downloads.
- I havent been sleeping like ever. Last night I slept from 330pm until 11am with some time awake for the bare necessities: shower, chicken fried rice, and snickers. Of course that comatose nap came after being awake since tuesday.
- I got new mouth wash. burns like ass!
Other than that there has not been much. I am ampathic and upset (if thats possible) towards my grades right now. After this first bout of exams I cant help but feel miserable. My grades are going to come out exactly like I foresaw:
Japanese: A
Western Civ:A
Navigation:A
Physics:C
CalcIII:D possibly F
I am upset about the calculus because in every math class here I have always managed to choke out with a C or higher. But this teacher has already told me "that I dont have the mathematical brain." Every morning I go and I dont even bother paying attention because he takes points off from me just because he's way too judgemental. Yes I am female, yes I took precal first, yes I have to make flashcards so stop teasing me. I now know what hermione felt like in divination. I want to succeed. But the work that success requires is beginning to grate my last inkling of ambition. I hate how much this place has changed me.
That above line indicates I may be reading too much draco x hermione fan fiction.
I am on duty again this weekend. I love duty. *rolls eyes* I think I going to do some laundry and work on my jack the ripper book. Today is a good day for frappacinos and books.
