(no subject)
Today has been a good day.
I did get up before noon, but that's 'cause I went shooting. I'm in the Archery Club here, and they organize trips to the archery range in south Tacoma, and I went today, and I actually managed to get all my arrows into a hay bale during one round, without missing any. Considering this is only my third time going shooting, this makes me happy. :D
Also, apparently I've been nominated for some awards for a few of my Star Wars fics in the Jedi Council Forums, which is very cool. "Walking the Sky" and "Feet on the Ground" were nominated for Best Series, and "Here's to You" (my Luke/Mara drabbles; I don't post them here, but you can find them at my website) was nominated for Best Romance, Best Canon, Best Series, Best All Around, and Best Canon Interpretation, Male (Luke Skywalker); I was nominated for Best New Author.
I keep looking at all those nominations and boggling. And blushing. It's just sorta...wow. o.O
In other news, I signed up for unexpected_task. I think it'll be fun. This means I've got two ficathons right now, this one and a Final Fantasy VII one (I totally need to write more FF fic).
But that reminds me...musesfool, are Remix (...I just typed Remus there. XD) sign-ups going to start soon? I had tons of fun last year with it, and I've been looking forward to doing it again.
Anyway. 9:00 class tomorrow, so I should probably shut up and go to bed soon.
