We're really getting down to the wire now, people! Only 3 weeks left in the eighth season of Idol! (And our 2009 Rymon Fest!)
As always, keep in mind that you can still post new prompts and pick up unclaimed prompts in the respective threads.
And even though it's pretty late in the game, you can still join the Rymon Fest if you haven't done so already. Just make sure to post on the sign-up thread first AND THEN claim a prompt.
As of right now we have a pretty sad amount of completed fics (only one!!!) in this year's Rymon Fest. Let's all try our best to get at least a few more in! Let's do better than last year (6 fics were written, 5 total "winners")!
Remember that a part of participating in the Rymon Fest is offering support for the other participants as well as writing your own fic, so whether you have chosen to watch the community or have joined in the event, please leave a comment or two! Everyone loves comments <3 No flaming, though! Try to be at least somewhat constructive, even if you don't like it. We'll all appreciate the support and be inspired to write even more fic =)
The deadline is going to be on Tuesday May 26, 2009... everybody should have their fics in by then if they want to succeed in the fest this year!
This pretty much means that we have less than a month left now! It's the final stretch! Hopefully you've been thinking about your fic... there are about 20 days left and the clock is ever-ticking!
