Conjunction

Hmm.. seems to me that this might be coming just a little late, but oh well, I'll say it anyways.  Tomorrow morning (Feb 1), an hour before dawn, looking towards the SE, Jupiter and Venus will be separated in the early morning sky by 0.6 degrees of angular separation.  Translation: they're gonna be really close to each other perspective wise.  Two planets with a vast distance between them are aligning as I type this for a spectacular show.  Being that close together they will appear as almost one bright object in the sky.

I'm busting out a telescope to take a look tomorrow morning.  Should be well worth it.
