Hmmm...time to rethink my "life plans"
Q: Can I defer my acceptance to my graduate program?
A: The Steinhardt School of Education does not permit deferrals. Instead, we do permit masters and doctoral students to UPDATE their applications. This can be done only once, as the application for admission is good for only one year. To update your application, we must receive your request in writing (by email, fax or letter). Please include your NYU ID (usually your social security number).
Called my mother, she said that she figured if I got into the program, I'd be so excited that I'd want to start in the fall. Guess if I'm accepted, I won't have a choice.
Damn Law & Order marathon...I'm getting nothing done today. Have to leave for work in a half an hour anyway, then off to a 3 hour M&C rehearsal...tonight is song choosing. We're supposed to bring in a love song and a a pop song...but all I want to bring in is "A Whole New World." Yeah, that's from Aladdin.
Finally got the battery for Jenn's new scale. Damn MHC, no scales on campus. As of today, with no shit in my pockets or shoes on, I'm at 148lbs. That sucks. Need muscle. Scrawny is not a word I want people using to describe me.
Tonight I should read for my Sex on the Brain class, but she pretty much hands out slides of whatever we were supposed to read at the beginning of class. Therefore, I probably won't.
