Well I'm sorry there's nothing new from me, guys. While I have a Ryfield video in progress, I can't get it to work out the way I want it to. There are also some new techniques I learned in Sony Vegas that I wanna test out first, so I'm working on a POTC video as more of a practice run. Once I get through that and I'm positive I know how to work

CHICKO - male equivilant of chicka
Onto more important matters!
I don't understand how a voice actor can grind your gears. I mean, I do enjoy picking on certain characters once in a while, but they don't actually bug me. Not even Steve, who sounds like a prepubescent(sp?) male apricrot.
I don't even hate Yoko, or GEORGE although sometimes George scares me with his useless ad libs and is one of the stupid characters despite his years in university to get where he is.
Ashley DOESN'T bug me. I guess because she doesn't bug me I feel the need to pick on you, el pequeño!
Ashley IS one of my favourite characters, mostly because you dont have to worry about having ammo for her and she's a little more realistic than some of Capcom's other friends....
Honestly, you think she's going to ask Leon, a trained agent who has KNOWLEDGE of the guns he's using, to hand one over and let her shoot? She's scared shitless, so instead of shooting a villager she might accidently shoot a tree!
Of course I didn't mean Billy would be in africa. I meant that he does have a past with it, and the flashbacks he sees in Resident Evil Zero kind of made me think he saw something that was going on there. But maybe not.
That and I guess I'm tired of capcom bringing in new characters and then abandoning them. Seriously, is Resident Evil 5 going to be the first and last place we see Sheva? I'd honestly love to see her in anpther one, just because I feel like we'd end of having a love/hate relationship.

It's not the character that bugs me. A character is just a bunch of pixels - you can't hate pixels :/. It's the voice actress for Ashley that gets on my neves, mainly just because I don't like the sound of her voice. I'm sure you know what I mean, when you're just sitting there and you hear someone talk and after a while you get to the point where you think "His/Her voice is getting on my nerves". It's one of those feelings.
Now that you bring Yoko and George up, what I dislike about them is their personalities. Yoko lets things go too much and George... I can't even begin to find a way to explain him. I think you're right; has to be something about the ad libs.
As for Billy, I know a lot of other people had that theory, too. That perhaps in his years as a marine he say something going on, but that idea doesn't really work for me. From what we saw in the scene of the Africans in the village being slaughtered, they were cowering in fear. If they were infected with the Plagas in RE5, they would more likely be attacking. These were just harmless villagers. BUT, for all we know, maybe Billy does know and has seen something. After all, he wasn't very thorough when explaining this all to Rebecca. He sort of cut off after she tried confirming the murders of the villagers.
Now, in terms of Capcom, I agree, they really need to stop dragging in new characters, because it seems every new character that's brought in is dumped by the end of the game. It looks like it'll be the same with Sheva, too. I can't see much of a reason for her to return some time soon. But then again, maybe she will make another appearance, being in the BSSA and all. They have to fight bio-terrorism, and that seems to be what the series is about now, right?
I kinda wish they'd just bring the old zombies back though. But then again, I suppose it would get a little dry after a while. xD
