hi. it's been a while, and i'm not as active in livejournal as i used to be so when i finally opened my other account, i found a number of people asking for permission to translate some fics.
to those who asked before, they know i'm not that strict when it comes to translations, i'm grateful, even. there are just a few things i wish people would comply.
✔ please don't translate if i haven't given the permission yet. i track the translations and people may have translated it in the same language already so please wait for the go signal.
✔ © credits to me of course: either write my name, username(s), link to my journal, link to the original fic, your choice. :)
✔ please keep me posted, message me or comment to this post the link of your translations. anything as long as you link me the translated post. not a request, it's required.
✖ i won't allow translations if it's for a locked forum. i would at least want to view it. unviewable means something fishy is going on, so NO.
✖ permission for ONE fic doesn't mean permission for all the others. there are others who translated a fic one time and asks again to translate another, and another one, and that way is much more appreciated. even just something like "hey, i translated your fic one time, can i translate this one too? thanks!" it's completely fine with me. as i've said before, i keep track of the translated fics.
✖ i trusted someone before, but she broke it. but i'm not that harsh to just ban translations just because of someone else's fault. i'm trusting you guys with this. i don't want to hear from other people again that i have an account in "this country's" locked forum and i even translated my own fic to "this language" because I speak mostly english and i seriously suck at learning languages so if it's not filipino or english, it's not me.
so just comment here, or message me. (comments are screened so don't worry n_n )
