Computers here are STILL DOWN!
Oh, this is gonna be a great day, I can tell right now.
EDIT: Oh, and no ETA on when they'll be back. Supposedly the hardware that died has been replaced, but no one can say when everything will be loaded and tested and ready to go. We're running out of booktrucks and people are ignoring the "OUR COMPUTERS ARE DOWN - WE CANNOT LOOK ANYTHING UP" signs.
I want to go home.
