Gosh, I love so many. Okay, my favourites...
Well, I'm a hopeless romantic so I adore first time fics, especially when it's been a slow burn relationship progression over a long period of time, with lots of UST, along with various obsticles and angst to overcome in the process. I just love the payoff when the pairing finally come together (no pun intended. LOL).
Having said that, I also love established relationship fics as well, the affection, fun, and familiarity that comes from a long-standing partnership. Best friends to lovers is a real weakness of mine (hence RyCol and Pinto!), but I guess I also like enemies to lovers as well, seeing as my other OTP is Snarry. Well, not enemies. Misunderstood motives. ;D I also adore hurt/comfort - and the tenderness that comes with it, even in gruff characters (*coughs* Snape *coughs*) - and possessiveness/jealousy.
As for kinks in fics, nothing really hardcore. I have a weakness for desperate sex (the kind up against a wall or on a desk, with lots of clothes ripping ;)), shower sex, and pretty much anything oral. *g*
But, really, I can appreciate all kinds of tropes/cliches/kinks on any given day. The main thing is whether the story is written well.
