katia's dad had a heart attack yesterday. he's still alive. i hope he rethinks his smoking habits and his diet, since he has diabetes. my brother scott was driving home from chapel hill this weekend and a car flipped over the guardrail on the median and almost killed him. he swirved and now he's okay. ben and asher were both hit by cars while riding their bikes a few months back. they're okay. my uncle died on an arizona freeway because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt. i got into a 100mph head-on collision a little over a year ago for driving like a moron. i easily could have been killed. jackie's mother passed away because of a heart attack. she was very young and was always so nice to me when i was over visiting. my grandmother died at age 69 due to a stroke. she wouldnt go to a doctor to save her life, and consequently, she died. people all around me dabble around with heroin and cocaine for fun. i dont mind, but if it's you, be careful.

i am not trying to go on some diatribe telling people to not live their lives and to not do crazy shit, because i personally love doing crazy things. just be safe!
