Work and Raises
So i currently work at Panera for 6.25 an hour and frankly i need a raise so last night i do some extra things in the bakery and my manager was really impressed like i cleaned the refrigerator where we keep all the milks and stuff for our espresso drinks and IC drinks and that thing was HORRIBLE seriously it was back dried milk all over the thing. anyway and while I was doing that my manager was making a carmel latte and i had just got done cleaning the top of the espresso bar and the bottles we have to drizzle what ever flavoring they have in there drink on the whip cream so my manager picks up the drizzle bottle of carmel and goes to put it on this guys whip cream and the top of the bottle and like 2 more ounces of carmel fall into this guy's drink ugh i forgot to screw the lid in i was in such a hurry. And before that i got in trouble for consolidating the bakery to early (basically taking everything that the backer has that needs to be washed by the dishwasher i took back at like 6 when i am not supposed to do that until like 8) i just didn't have anything else to do. So my manager brought back like 6 of the dishes and displayed bread on it which really kills me but whatever. So when we closed i did a few other extra things like scrub out the cubby holes that we keep other things at which was cool because now i am back on top more rights than wrongs and what do i do when i go to fill the espresso beans up i put our featured (most caffeinated) coffee in the DECAF hopper so i have to go get my manager and she has to climb the counter and get all the espresso beans out of the hopper so i can fill it with decaf so i don't think i am getting my raise anytime soon what do you guyz think lol.
