Notes: God this is really mushy. I can't believe I wrote something so lovey dovey. how the hell did i do this... I blame all of the shoujou I've been watching. Stupid Hana Kimi. Oh and yeah this is for you Lucy. because you told me to write more fan fiction. So yeah. Even though this sucks the penis I'm posting it. Oh yeah and I was trying to come up with the most emo name I could think of for the title. I thought it would be funny.

Linali's eyes wondered Kanda's plain dull room. She had lost concentration a long time ago. But she didn't want to go anywhere else; Kanada's presence has made her feel at ease since she joined the Order. So she sat there, enjoying the comfortable silence. Mediating with Kanda had never been the most fun thing to do. But it was her way of escaping all of the confusion that took place in the Order, not that she could call it meditation, all she did was sit there and stare at Kanda.

Linali slowly opened one eye to make sure that Kanda was still meditating. Linali couldn't help but notice how different he was. When she looked at Kanda's silky hair, his slender arms, even his creased eyebrows she left a fluttering in her stomach. Linali could not put a name to this feeling. She had never felt this way about Kanda before; she questioned what had changed her view on him. She couldn't put a place to it.

"You're staring"

Linali jumped up in fright. Then she calmed down and took a closer look at the longhaired youth. "Wait... You didn't even open you're eyes!" she screeched.

"Quiet."

As Linali moved to sit down, she tripped over mugen, which had been carefully placed behind her. "Waaaaaaaaaah".

Something then took hold of Kanda's body, he hadn't meant for it to happen. But his arms reached out and caught her. And then he saw her eyes. They were as dark at the darkest night. Kanda couldn't look away; it felt like he had lost all control over his body. His arm went to brush her short fringe out of her eye. Here eyes were so mesmerizing he couldn't get over it. Kanda didn't know how long it took him but eventually came to his senses and suddenly dropped her on the ground. "Ah... Are you ok?" Kanda quietly mumbled blushing.

"I think so..." Linali said not very confident in her answer at all.

That feeling... When he grabbed me... Linali thought. What is it...

She wanted to understand how she felt about Kanda more than anything in the world, but she didn't know how. He was always so distant with her. He never shared anything with anyone. How was she meant to break open the lock to Kanda's vault of feelings? She was tired and sick of being confused. Linali made her mind up to make the first move.

Kanda was still staring at the ground. Thinking over her eyes. He had seen something in them that he had never seen before. And he only knew one thing; He wanted to see it again. Then he suddenly felt warmth on his right hand, fingers were intertwined with his fingers. Fingers. Not his fingers. Female fingers. Thin, slender fingers. Before he could put girl and Linali together, there was another warm feeling on his lips. Kanda's brain wasn't fast enough to keep up with all of these feelings. Kanda realized that opening his eyes might be a good idea if he wanted to figure out what has going on. What he saw was very unexpected. Linali's face. On his face. Her Lips. On his lips. Kanda was in so much shock that all he couldn't do anything. So it was up to Linali to break the kiss, she slowly moved back happily content with what she had achieved with her actions. Kanda was sitting there with his jaw on the floor.

"W-w-w-what was that?" Kanda stuttered.

"A kiss" Linali said calmly.

"B-b-b-b-but why?"

"I... I don't know... I thought you might feel the same way that I did" Linali said the last part quietly.

Kanda reached out blindly for her hand and clasped it tightly "... I think that I do."

It was Kanda's turn to surprise Linali, He reached out with his free hand and felt the side of her face, and then pulled her in to embrace her. He pulled her body close to him. "I never want to let you go..." Kanda whispered softly into her ear.

This sudden showing of emotion surprised Linali, she had expected him to walk out and run away. She felt her eyes watering with joy. She let the tears fall down her face.

"Neither do I..."

Don't worry, Lucy. I will get around to write some Hana Kimi fan fiction later.
