Weekend Summary
Wow. Talk about an awesome weekend. Friday night was pretty much all about me getting ready for my dinner party on Saturday night. I shopped and cleaned like a mother. Ho man. Saturday was all about cleaning and cooking too. THEN finally 6:00 rolled around, and I got ready. Petra and Kristen and Eric all came first. Petra looked great, as always (and so did everyone else). Then Blake and Steff came. Blake brought some of his Grandmas cookies. Wow those were good. Then Nina and DJ came. ANNND finally Brian Rayes showed up which was cool, because I didn't think he was gonna come. We had steak, lasagne, and salad for dinner, which all turned out really well. My parents didn't think anyone was gonna eat the steak, because according to them "Girls aren't meat eaters". BUT everyone did. Then we did a gift exchange thing which was pretty cool. Eric got stuck with Pistachios. Sucker. THENNNN we had some cheesecake and eventually left for the dance.
The dance was pretty good I guess. Nothing too special. I can't wait till our pictures get back though. Hopefully I'll get them before break. Anyways... so we danced for a good hour and a half. Petra hit me in the face with her elbow while we were trying to swing dance. Basically my nose is broken, and i'm going to have to get expensive surgery. ;o) Then after that we went to maggie moo's where petra was kind enough to treat us all to ice cream. Hayley and Liza and Katrina and Carolyn showed up, which was cool to see everyone together. That was pretty much the whole night. I know it doesn't sound all that great from a lj entry, but i doubt I couldve had a better time with a more interesting group of people. I can't wait till next time! Thanks for all of you that went... it was definately a memorable night!
