more concert news

last night i saw the violent femmes. i only was able to stay for 6 or 7 songs before being dragged to jimmy o's in del mar. i lasted for about 45 minutes before i had to leave. i'm just not a bar fly. hanging out in a bar is boring to me. if i'm going to go out to drink, i want to be at a club where i can dance too. it was too crowded. not my scene at all. i should have stayed at the concert. oh well.

the foo fighters/weezer concert dates finally showed up on their websites yesterday - luckily i don't have a concert already scheduled that night. been missing out on so many shows because of double bookings. there should be a law against it! because of that - both gwen stefani (thanks jenn!) and coheed are coming on oct 20th...difficult decision but had to go with my it band.
