Lack thereof

Ok, so I'm starting to wonder how not having a radio in my car is impacting my mental and emotional states. Now really, this is something that could be important....especially since I've been driving a lot lately. For the past month, I've had no radio. No audio stimulation. So, instead of randomly generated song patterns, or predictable compact disc song patterns, I'm left being exposed to the same, or similar, visual stimulations.

I'm not sure if the whole thing is good or bad.

I do know it has been leaving me to think on my own. Think about things over and over and think about things over and over and think about things over and over...

I'm looking at it as being exposed to one emotion at a time. Though in reality its probably more, but my mind is not picking out other things from music. No musically generated thoughts of happiness, thoughts of love, sadness, no politics or dillemas. Just whats going on in my mind at that moment.

Thus, this repetition leads to boredom, one can assume.

And still, I can't think decide whether or not this has been a good or bad thing.
