The usual way for me to begin my entries. "So, I haven't posted in __ days. Not much is new."
Not quite the case. Things have actually been going pretty well lately. Except for the school side of things. That is at a momentary stand still until I find myself under pressure again. A viscious cycle, it is.
Played a lot of guitar today. Cleaned my room (I should note that this is my weapon of choice when it comes to procrastonating). Visit Leslie with some gingerbread people. Wow. Leslie, open a window or something. That summary of Tess of the D'Urbervilles was incredible. Just don't go crazy on me! Afterwards, Kenny, Katie and I went to see The Matador. I actually really liked it. It threw me for many a loop. Thinking he'd actually had his boss killed. Brosnan's character was good as well. An emotionally insecure and vulnerable hitman. Good stuff. My junior mints and slushee were nice as well.
My birthday is on the 3rd, and with it I plan on making some long overdue lifestyle changes. Nothing unattainable like staying up on my notes. I just have to restrict my spending and begin to eat like a normal human being. I still can't wait for my birthday. Gifts. Overeating. Buffets. Cake. Candles. Yes. sir!
I'M IN SONG! A KENNY CRAINE SONG! SHAKE IT MOMMA!
Hear it here. Hear Mr. Craine. Hear Dick and Jane. Oh yes. Since my last post, Stephen Harper and the Conservatives won office. Goodness gracious Canada. I love the country. I'm just not feeling very represented by the government. The Liberals weren't all that stellar but I don't see the PC as an improvement. With any luck, the PC will develop a court system that actually makes sense and acts in ordinance with the beliefs of Canadians. Rather trying to "prove something". A false sense of progressiveness. The argument of too much government and less focus on "politcal correctness" has me concerned. The line between morality and political correctness is a fine one. I mean, c'mon! The PC never offered anything as fun as
PAUL MARTIN BINGO!
