i never write anymore...

... here or elsewhere.

Let's see.

- Andrew married Amanda and they make a beautiful couple. I'm immensley happy for both of them and will never throw a bachelor party for anybody again.

- I've been vegan for more than a year now.

- If all goes accordingly i will have given Barnes and Noble my two-weeks before Thanksgiving.

- I am less than $200 away from driving again.

- I took a loan from Dad and spent obscene amounts of money on drum equipment. My new cymbal is glorious.

- New Radio went to North Carolina with The Spark. we played a fashion show, made bank, and got badass hotel rooms. I tried (unsuccesfully) to make out with a drunk and slutty model.*

- Sunday we played with The Spark, Wasted Time, and Clockwork Bully. Jered may have been fired. It was the best set we've played in our 13 month exsistence.

- New Radio is playing Wednesday, November 16 with Modern Life Is War, Walls of Jericho, The Banner, and With Honor. The show is $12 at Sweet Caroline's (19th and Atlantic).

- Lauren and I have been hanging out for about a month and a half now. Maybe more - I stopped counting. She's busy this week though, so I haven't seen her since Monday morning when I left for work.

- Monday night I hung out with Alicia, whom I recently met at work. We had spoken about veganism a few times and found eachother decidedly interesting. We had dinner, conversed, and watched The Life and Death of Peter Sellers (which I recommend.) We might hang out again tonight. That is, if i don't have an optomitrists' appointment.

- I'm reading Ellis's Lunar Park. I think it's his most self-indulgent work. Had it not been written as to appear auto-biographical, it might seem more plausible, nigh pretentious. But it is what it is. It saddens me when people live in their own shadows. It saddnes me moreso when this is their decisions, and not based on the outward actions of others.

- I recently finished what I approximate to be my ninth reading of Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird. It moved me just as much as it did when I first read it ten years ago. After finishing it I felt like a bad person for not being a child anymore.

- Yesterday was the first wednesday in three weeks that I haven't gone to the Chrysler.

- No matter how beautiful you are, you look like a bitch in boots and an idiot in gaucho pants.

- I miss Alexia, Shan, Andy, Coreee, Irene, Adam Prokapchak, Jen[amoured], and Papa.
