its all wrong. Totally wrong.
Working here for nearly 2 years and I can feel myself becoming old.
The dynamics here already gone and everyone is just angry/unhappy with each other.
I, for one, thinks that the learning part is totally poorly planned. My dear I/C wants us to learn each others job. Den she will learn. She said once everyone is familiar with each other's jobs, we can start planning to take leaves and offs.
What I don't understand is, she said once she start learning, whoever takes leave, she can sit in for them. So, shouldn't she be the one starting to learn the jobs first instead of us?
Because, at present... Let's break it down to who knows who's job now and is now that person's back up.
Farhana => knows Linda's job. 2nd backup for Linda
Linda => knows Farhana's job. Main backup for Farhana
Me => knows Linda's job. Main backup for Linda.
Knows Komala's job. Main backup for Komala
Komala => knows my job. Main backup for me.
Scenario on this coming Monday: Farhana's on leave. Thus,
LINDA covers Farhana's work.
I cover Linda's work.
Komala covers my work + her work.
Where does my I/C comes in?
How to clear our leaves...
Been forced to clear leaves too. How to?!
