LIFE IS STRANGE. INDEED....
Finally another wish came true.
I installed LIS yesterday and immediately all over it. The first thing I noticed is the awesome graphic. It is so perfect! I am blown away…. Well, flawless graphics are pretty much expected when you know SQUARE ENIX made the game.
I watched Pewdiepie’s LIS playthorugh video a while ago and wasn’t really satisfied by choices of action he made throughout the game. I mean… HE COULD HAVE SAVED POOR KATE FOR APE SAKE! I made the decision that I will save her in my own game and I hope I made right choices to prevent her from flipping down from the roof. I already finished the 1st episode yesterday but somehow, when I was about to begin episode 2 something odd occurred. The game continued with whole different situation from what already had set out from the previous episode. I received text message from Kate where she said I (Max) didn’t make effort to stood up for her when I found her being hassled by the scumbag security guard near the gate. Turns out I took a picture of her being hassled instead of intervening. Well that was a shocking accusation because in fact, I STOOD UP FOR HER IN THE PREVIOUS EPISODE, AGAINST THE SECURITY GUARD AND PUT MYSELF IN JEOPARDY BECAUSE NOW THE DUDE IS AFTER ME! Now, excuse me Kate? Apparently there’s some glitch happening that prevented me from proceeding into my next story in episode 2. Maybe because I didn’t install the actual game that you supposed to purchase per-episode from Steam account. Oh well….

I restarted episode 1 and refrained from completing it yet until I can connect the game to internet where (I assume) there will be option to continue the game in proper sequence. And hopefully the option will really be there. Because the reason I failed to proceed the game with my own story base was because I didn’t properly continue the game in sequence, therefore the game pick up random scenario for me during episode 2 because there’s no data record from me ever completing episode 1. In conclusion, all my saved data from episode 1 is unreadable by the game and failed to get imported to episode 2, although it is all there.
Ok, let’s over the technical issues for now. I have my own agenda regarding how I want this game to go. I want to save Kate like I said earlier and so far I think I did pretty well o
n that. I tried to choose any possible dialogue and action options that sided her. And also I want to hook up with Chloe in the end of the game hence I need to be careful with my choices in order to achieve that desirable outcome. While I forgot to mention, t
his game has slight tone of girl-on-girl action on it. It is possible to make Max kisses Chloe several times during the game and I think I will do just that. I feel sorry for Warren though because he’s going to be so friendzoned albeit he’s clearly crushing on Max, but honestly if I were Max I’d pick Chloe over Warren any time! She’s just so hot! AND HOLD ON SECOND! It’s not like I am into lesbian kind of stuff, really. The reason is simply because she is probably the most handsome character even among the boys (screw me and my bishounen-oriented type). Chloe slightly reminds me of Venstream somehow, but only the facial structures and some of her facial expressions, I think maybe the eyes worked it ♥ so yeah, if you could find a character that brought resemblance to your imaginary husband of course you would go for her. Although it’s painful because you know it’s a girl.

SUPPLEMENTAL ENTRY ABOUT LIS TECHNICAL ISSUE
There was no technical issue, you moron!
Apparently I’ve been playing the game wrong. I could simply just click “CONTINUE” to keep the episodes going according to my storyline. The reason why I previously failed to do so was because instead of clicking “CONTINUE”, I clicked “PLAY EPISODE” option and choose “PLAY EPISODE 2” which automatically erased all the progress I made in episode 1.
O dear lord of ape, why am I so fucking dumb……
I should go bang my head against the wall and then cry in fetal position.
