Today at approx. 2052 i was responded to a "incident" which occured. when we got there it turned out to be a drunk marine who got caught in C-wire...fyi its barbed wire entangled with itself to prevent personnels from entering unauthorized area's. the guy was in good humor, not caring for his accident and gave us no problem, only problem he had was no I.D and he had to catch a bus back to japan in 30 min. Usually if you get caught in C-wire you have to process through a line of stuff, like shots for rust, medical, and since he was intoxicated we checked his age and background information. i doubt he caught his bus lol....sorry.
