Sure was a nice surprise to find this waiting on my friends list, handsome. I find myself wondering now again what yer up to and you answered me in one big gusher of a post.

I had no idea you were a card shark and a Broadway fan. If you make your way to NYC this year do NOT miss seeing Spring Awakening. I'm envious of your getting to see Sweeney Todd - I heard the staging etc was really interesting and unconventional.

That moment in Vegas with your student must have felt awesome. I hope you're proud of your positive impact.

Happy New Year - hope our paths cross down the road a piece...

Thanks. I'm hoping to be more of a regular on here again.

Interesting that you mentioned Spring Awakening. It is part of my subscription to Broadway in SF this year, but I didn't know anything about it except that the music was written by that "Barely Breathing" guy. Now, I'm really looking forward to it.

Hope to get the chance to see you again soon, too.

Oh wow - I didn't realize there was a touring company for it. If you get a chance, pick up the cast recording - it's well worth it.
