When Chase leaves, he’s harder, more attuned to detail. It’s a good thing; he’s learned to focus on the details and still see the big picture.
Cameron is just as caring when she’s done with House, but she also sees that people aren’t as honest as she. She’ll get hurt less, and it will benefit her patients.
Foreman is least changed by his time with House. He came in street-smart and people-wise, and best prepared to deal with the medicine. He won’t just focus on the brain now, though, but the person behind it.
And they all know the catalyst.
