Since I can finally watch a Cavs game in my home (no cable, no satelite and I don't need it) I decided to have my sister Katie over for some wings and beer. Besides, she watched Jacob for us today since my mom is out of state this week. Apparently I make pretty good wings. What do I do?
Fire up the oven to 375
Throw in plain wings for 45 minutes.
Take em' out, put on Frank's Buffulo Wing Hot Sauce on Cindy's wings, put Honey BBQ on mine (so what? I don't like them fiery hot!)
Throw them back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Move them to top rack, broil for 2 - 3 minutes
Mmmmmm good!
In other news. Jacob is getting shy. When he sees people he doesn't know he'll immediately come running to me, wrap his arms around my legs and shove his head in between my knees. While it sounds cute I really hope he won't be as shy as I was when I was a kid. Even though I eventually broke out of my shell, it wasn't fun not having the confidence in yourself when others around you do. Anybody else have children that did this around 16 months?
