I desperately need a Time-Turner, as the mere twenty-four hours allotted for each day are proving to be much too few for me. 8-/
Anywho, without further ado, to end your suspense:

Thanks so much to everyone for their hard work and support for this comm! It's grown so much in the six months or so since I first "officially" started it, and I can't tell you all how grateful I am to you for being such awesome comm members. ♥
As of today, I'm still gathering together the left-over requests and such to put into the "grab bag" post, of sorts, for you guys to look over and possibly adopt. We're in need of not only writers, but one or two betas as well, so keep in mind that you can also contribute to the comm without having to write anything.
Until we've got all of that sorted out, in addition to awards for the V-Day exchange, I'm really not comfortable with hosting another exchange. As I'll also be quite busy over the next few months (my last in high school), the deadline for the next exchange probably won't be until late May or later. However, that doesn't mean that sign-ups won't start sooner. ;-)
The formatting and such for that exchange will be detailed when the time comes, as I may reinstate the "free request" policy, while simultaneously using the stricter request/write policy. We'll see.
On the master list, I've obviously included (for your reading convenience) the links to each fic; simply click on the title name and read/review away! Authors, you may now (finally) post your fics elsewhere, directly link people to your fics in this comm, and give signed replies to reviews.
Now, with all of these links in the same spot, I've decided to have this post double up as the awards nominations post.
All comments will be screened to maintain secrecy.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: DO NOT NOMINATE YOURSELF. Doing so does little to encourage others to read your fic, and may result in your disqualification from the awards round for this exchange.
You may nominate more than one fic for each category (as long as you keep all of your noms for a particular category in the same comment), and invite others to read/review/nominate as well.
Please refrain from telling others who you've nominated, as that defeats the whole purpose of screening the comments. To see what the categories are, scroll down to view the unscreened comments I've posted. To nominate a fic for a category, reply with the author's name and the title of his/her fic to the comment containing the category name.
Each category needs a minimum of three nominations in order to be voted upon, with five as the maximum. The only exceptions to this will be the Gold Star Award and the Gold Quill Award (since they're the two most general categories), for which there needs to be a minimum of five nominees, with a max of eight.
The nominating period will last from today, March 4, 2007, to March 18, 2007, which gives you two weeks to get your votes in. Having said that, nominate away!
