Valentine's Day Exchange Sign-ups!
It's finally here! No time to waste. I've re-vamped the rules just for this exchange, so even if you've read them before, there's a very good chance that I've changed what you know. Therefore, it would behoove you to read the rules again.
Please be very, very careful if you plan on participating both here and at hpgwficexchange, as that basically means you'll be pulling double duty. The new policy is much more binding, as you're now obligated to write a fic in return for making a request. If you drop out, then you're letting down someone who's worked hard to fulfill a request him/herself-- maybe even yours.
Remember, since this is obviously an exchange geared towards Valentine's Day, your fic requests must be centered around that holiday. Common sense, dearies.
If you want to participate as a back-up writer, hold off for a bit until I post separately about that.
A new addition to the general administration portion of the request form is the "secret words" portion. This is to test how carefully you've read the rules. Your form will not be approved until this part is completed correctly.
All comments to this post will be screened, as we'll be working under the "Secret Santa" format again (although I'd say it's more like "Secret Valentine" in this case). Note, however, that if you 're especially late in turning in your fic, you are subject to having your name posted on the authors masterlist anyway. Any harassment from disgruntled requestees would then be your responsibility. You have been warned. ;-)

Also, I'm still missing fics from the Winter round! A few of you didn't ask for extensions, and seem to have disappeared on me. :-/
