My favorite lines. First of all, yay for female clergy! :D Secondly, I completely choked up at Victoire's best. middle. name. EVER. What a brilliant way to honor Fred!
I can relate to the "loud belch that echoed off the stone walls of the old chapel". Once when I was out of town, I asked my husband how church was. His response? "Andy burped." LOL
#2--I can't really even pick a favorite line--I love Ron's voice and the overall tone of humor. I'm a big fan of "humor as an excellent coping mechanism during tragedy" both in fanfic and in real life. I doubt anyone could top THAT wedding story! :D
#3--Absolutely beautiful! I love the connection between the three sections of looking at the wedding ring. "It's worth it, Ron thinks, it's all worth it, even as he begs the fates to let her outlive him." That line made me choke up more than the rest because my husband and I have talked about exactly that--neither of us wants to outlive the other. Just wonderful. *sobs*
