Democrat caught on tape.FBI agents videotaped a politician accepting $US100,000 ($132,700) in cash they said was intended as a bribe for a Nigerian official, according to a court document.
They later found $US90,000 of the money hidden in the freezer of Representative William Jefferson, a Louisiana Democrat, the document says.
There are some interesting things about this... such as that he hasn't been charged with any crime. And the FBI released the document before pressing charges. It's almost as if it's intended to discredit him before the election. Hmmm. Who would do that? It sounds like Karl Rove is at it again.
